A 6 week self-paced program designed to improve shoulder function and overhead resiliency. The program includes shoulder, mid-back and upper arm mobility in addition to shoulder stability and upper body strength . This program incorporates bands and some weight as needed. It is deisgned as an additional supplement to a regular exercise and resistance training routine.
