This 4-week program is focused on lower body mobility as a preventative tool for injury. The program is self paced and designed to improve range of motion at the hip, knee and ankle. Target areas are identifited for each movement in order to reach a better understanding of where mobility limitations are. This program incorporates bands and some weight as needed. It is deisgned as an additional supplement to a regular exercise and resistance training routine.
